As the gaming industry continues to diversify and players are offered products through a number of technology-based channels, responsible operators are left wondering how best to foster responsible gambling behaviour in this new uncharted territory. Non-traditional products call for non-traditional player services. This session will explore research on responsibility in the newest forms of gaming and hypothesize about the ways operators will need to evolve their approaches to responsibility along with their product offerings.
