War rooms are places where teams meet to collaborate; the walls are plastered with initiatives that are central to the theme of the war room. The war room manager is critical to making war rooms effective and ongoing. This seminar covers 4 real world examples of war room analytics being applied and what was learned in the application of these war rooms and how they drive additional profit and how the war room manager is central to their success. Two examples are from gaming and two draw from outside of the industry.

Attendees will learn the critical role of the war room manager in facilitating the war room experience, how miniaturization of analytics is an opposite and complementary trend and critical success factors in building a war room.
