Integrating Diversity into the Business of Gaming

How do you move diversity initiatives beyond recruitment?
- Promote the business case for strategic diversity.

This 2 day program is vital for gaming operations that are considering embarking on or who have started on the path to developing a fully integrated diversity plan for their workplace. As organizations realize the impact of changing demographics not only on employment, but also on customers and markets, they are recognizing the need for a strategic diversity action plan to achieve their diversity goals.

This highly interactive workshop provides an opportunity for participants to discuss diversity challenges, recognize the business case for integrating diversity into their organizations, and formulate an individual Organizational Diversity Action Plan. Through case studies and speakers participants will experience both Canadian and US approaches to integrating diversity into the gaming industry.

Key Discussion Areas
  • What is the impact of demographics and globalization on the gaming industry
  • The strategic business case for diversity
  • How to improve business results through diversity
  • How to develop an Organizational Diversity Action Plan
  • Learn how other gaming organizations have changed thinking about diversity from ‘the right thing to do” to a business fundamental
