The In-Room Technology Revolution and How it Will Impact Your Guests

Technology has entered the guest room and everyone needs to be ready to respond to these trends. Voice command and remote access from your smartphone is everywhere, from ordering room service to controlling the temperature with tablets. Hospitality TVs are almost a standard and the option of having robots bring towels to a room is real. Guests will have less opportunity to interface with your staff, so it's critical to know what and how to implement these emerging technologies.
