The Importance of Casino Amenities: How Technology Helped Bridge the Gap Between Player Behavior and Amenity Preferences

Room 201

In a limited survey of two casino sites, we found amenities to be a critical part of that facility. Through statistical modelling, we found that players who participated in amenities visited more and spent more. Additionally, through the use of technology that combined research and player behaviour data, we found differences in amenity preference by segment, and that the highest value players simply wanted dining amenities.
